Motilal Oswal AMC announces reopening of subscriptions under designated schemes

Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.

 

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund informs that with reference to the Notice cum addendum dated February 01, 2022 regarding temporary suspension of the transactions under ‘Designated Schemes’ of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund. AMFI vide its Circular no. AMFI/ 35P/ MEM-COR/ 15 /2022-23 dated June 20, 2022 notified that mutual fund schemes may resume subscriptions and make investments in overseas funds /securities up to the headroom available without breaching the overseas investment limits as on February 01, 2022. On the account of available oversees investment limit, it is decided to accept up to Rs 2,00,000 (Two Lakh), per PAN, per calendar month in each of following ‘Designated Schemes’ of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund either in lump sum or switch-in with effect from December 01, 2022: Motilal Oswal S&P 500 Index Fund; Motilal Oswal MSCI EAFE Top 100 Select Index Fund; Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 Fund of Fund With respect to restrictions on systematic investment options such as SIP, STP, etc. are continued and will be restricted till further notice. The amount-wise limit will not be applicable for any other scheme of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund investing in any of the designated schemes.

 

This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
