Quant Mutual Fund has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the schemes of Quant Mutual Fund. Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, risk-o-meter of Quant Multi Asset Fund is revised as ‘Very high’. The above risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of scheme’s portfolio as on June 30, 2023.
All other details of the Product Labelling and all other features and terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the Schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder.
