Mirae Asset AMC has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) cum Common Application Form of all Scheme(s) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (MAMF).
Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) has informed that Tushar Shah has been appointed as Equity Dealer & Key Personnel with effect from July 12, 2023. Accordingly, the details pertaining to Tushar Shah, shall be added under the heading ‘Information on Key Personnel’ under sub section D ‘Asset Management Company’, under section I ‘Information about Sponsor, AMC and Trustee Companies’ in the SAI of the Fund.
Accordingly, the SAI of MAMF stands amended suitably to reflect the changes as stated above. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of SAI of MAMF, as amended from time to time. All other terms and conditions of SAI will remain unchanged.
