LIC Asset Management Company (AMC) has informed that, Shobha Reddy, Nominee Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management with effect from the closing business hours of November 14, 2022. Accordingly, all references to Shobha Reddy in the SAI stands deleted.
All other terms & conditions of SAI remains unchanged. This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
