Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (MF) has launched Kotak Nifty SDL Plus AAA PSU Bond Jul 2033 60:40 Index Fund, an open-ended Target Maturity Index Fund investing in constituents of Nifty SDL Plus AAA PSU Bond Jul 2033 60:40 Index. A relatively high interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk. The NFO opens for subscription on October 06, 2022 and closes on October 17, 2022. The Entry load is nil for the scheme. The Exit load will be 0.15% of applicable NAV, for redemption / switch-out of units on or before 30 days from the date of allotment and nil, for redemption / switch-out of units after 30 days from the date of allotment. Redemption of units would be done on First in First out Basis (FIFO). The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter.
The performance of the scheme would be benchmarked against Nifty SDL Plus AAA PSU Bond Jul 2033 60:40 Index and its fund manager is Abhishek Bisen.
The investment objective of the scheme is to track the Nifty SDL Plus AAA PSU Bond Jul 2033 60:40 Index by investing in SDLs and PSU Bonds, maturing on or before Jul 2033, subject to tracking difference
