Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced that Haresh Mehta has been designated as a Fund Manager with effect from close of business hours on Friday, March 31, 2023 (the Effective date).
Further, the Fund Management responsibilities of the following schemes of the Fund is also re-assigned with the Effective date March 31, 2023: Aditya Birla Sun Life Focused Equity Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Multi - Index Fund of Funds, Aditya Birla Sun Life Arbitrage Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Gold Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty 200 Momentum 30 ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty 200 Quality 30 ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty 50 ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Bank ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Healthcare ETF; Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty IT ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Next 50 ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life S&P BSE Sensex ETF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty 50 Equal Weight Index Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty 50 Index Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Next 50 Index Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Small-cap 50 Index Fund, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Silver ETF Fund of Fund.
Haresh Mehta and Pranav Gupta will continue to manage dealing related activities. In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes. All other features and terms & conditions of SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
