JM Financial AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of Dynamic Bond Fund

JM Financial Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum sets out the changes to be made Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of JM Dynamic Bond Fund, the scheme of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/ CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of JM Dynamic Bond Fund (an open-ended dynamic debt scheme investing across duration with relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) stands revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
All the other provisions in the SID and KIM of the aforesaid Scheme shall remain unchanged. This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of the above Scheme of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
