JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that Ruchi Fozdar has been designated as Key Personnel of JM Financial Asset Management with effect from June 27, 2023. Accordingly, following details pertaining to Ruchi Fozdar shall be incorporated in the SAI under the para titled ‘Information on Key Personnel’: Ruchi Fozdar (34 years old) is a graduate in science and PGDBM in finance. She has 10 years of rich experience in fixed income market. Ruchi was associated with few brokers and institutions like Reliance Life Insurance Co and Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund as a dealer.
This Notice-cum- Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
