ITI Mutual Fund (MF) informed that in accordance with the requirements of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2018/18 dated February 05, 2018 read with circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/ CIR/P/2018/91 dated June 05, 2018 and SEBI/HO/IMD/ DF2/CIR/P/2019/42 dated March 25, 2019 in relation to ‘Total Expense Ratio – change and disclosure’, the Base Total Expense Ratio (TER) of ITI Small Cap Fund is proposed to be revised from existing ‘0.35%’ to new ‘0.21%’, with effect from May 19, 2023.
