ICICI Pu AMC announces Extension of NFO closure date
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandums (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Nifty 200 Quality 30 ETF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that New Fund Offer (NFO) closing period of the ICICI Prudential Nifty 200 Quality 30 ETF (Scheme) has been extended till August 4, 2023. Further, MICR cheques and Transfer Cheques will be accepted till August 1, 2023. Electronic payments and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) requests will be accepted till August 4, 2023. Outstation Cheques, Outstation Demand Drafts and Switch into the Scheme will not be accepted.
All other provisions of the SID/KIM of the Scheme shall remain unchanged. The investors are requested to note the above.
