ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Rahul Goswami, will cease to be the Chief Investment Officer – Fixed Income with effect from closure of business hours on June 19, 2023. Pursuant to the above, Manish Banthia would be the Chief Investment Officer – Fixed Income. The experience and details of Banthia forms part of SAI of the Fund.
This addendum forms an integral part of SAI of the Fund.
