ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of select schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF).

ICICI Prudential MF has informed that Fund Manager/s under various schemes shall change with effect from June 12, 2023. For the ICICI Prudential Overnight Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami, Rohan Maru & Nikhil Kabra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Rohan Maru & Darshil Dedhia,  for the ICICI Prudential Money Market Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami &Nikhil Kabra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia & Nikhil Kabra, for the ICICI Prudential Liquid Fund and Savings Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami & Rohan Maru, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia, Rohan Maru & Darshil Dedhia, for the ICICI Prudential Floating Interest Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami & Nikhil Kabra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Rohan Maru & Darshil Dedhia,  for the ICICI Prudential Banking & PSU Debt Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami & Chandni Gupta, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Chandni Gupta & Rohit Lakhotia, for the ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami, Chandni Gupta & Anuj Tagra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Anuj Tagra & Rohit Lakhotia, for the ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia & Anuj Tagra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia & Nikhil Kabra, for the ICICI Prudential Bond Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia & Chandni Gupta, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Chandni Gupta & Rohit Lakhotia,  for the ICICI Prudential Gilt Fund and Constant Maturity Gilt Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Rahul Goswami & Anuj Tagra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Anuj Tagra & Rohit Lakhotia and for the ICICI Prudential Long Term Bond Fund the Existing Fund Manager(s) are Manish Banthia & Anuj Tagra, while Revised Fund Manager(s) are Anuj Tagra & Rohit Lakhotia.

All the other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs/addenda of the Schemes except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs/addenda of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
