Average daily fliers inch up towards 250k; PLFs remain steady

Weekly average daily fliers came in at 240k in the week ended (W.E) 02nd Oct’21 vs 231k in the W.E. 25th Sep’21. For the W.E. 02nd Oct’21, average number of departures increased to 2,080 vs 2,038 in the previous week. The number of fliers per departure increased to 115 vs 113 in the prior week. Average weekly PLF improved for all airlines led by Air India.
