Aditya Birla SL AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Harish Engineer (DIN: 01843009), Non-Executive Independent Director, has resigned from the Board of ABSLAMC with effect from Sunday, April 30, 2023.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in SAI. All other features and terms & conditions of SAI shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SAI read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
