WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund files offers document for Pharma and Healthcare Fund

WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch open-ended equity scheme named ‘WhiteOak Capital Pharma and Healthcare Fund'. The offer for face value of Rs 10 per unit during New Fund Offer and at continuous offer for units at NAV based prices. Entry load will be nil and in respect of each purchase / switch-in of Units, an Exit Load of 1.00% is payable if Units are redeemed/ switched-out within 1 month from the date of allotment, and No Exit Load is payable if Units are redeemed / switched-out after 1 month from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme is benchmarked by S&P BSE Healthcare TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 500 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related instruments of Pharma and Health care companies.
