Uflex zooms after its step-down arm commissions CPP Film production Line
Uflex is currently trading at Rs. 455.20, up by 33.20 points or 7.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 422.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 442.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 464.00 and Rs. 432.50 respectively. So far 22130 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 499.85 on 28-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 335.35 on 03-Apr-2023.

Uflex’s step-down subsidiary -- Flex Films Rus LLC, Russia, has commissioned CPP Film production Line with its installed capacity of 18000 MT per year on April 01, 2024.
Earlier, Uflex had entered into Power Purchase agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ agreement for acquisition of 9.49% equity shares aggregating to Rs 6.24 crore in Amplus Phoenix Energy (Amplus Phoenix).
