Tata Power Company is currently trading at Rs. 416.30, up by 1.80 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 414.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 417.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 418.85 and Rs. 414.95 respectively. So far 339775 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 433.20 on 07-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 193.05 on 19-Apr-2023.

Tata Power Company has signed Share Purchase Agreement and acquired 100% equity stake in Jalpura Khurja Power Transmission, a project special purpose vehicle. The objective of acquisition is to establish and operate Build-Own-Operate Transfer basis, to provide transmission service. The cost of acquisition is Rs 3.86 crore.
