Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs. 673.85, up by 12.95 points or 1.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 660.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 665.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 674.45 and Rs. 664.15 respectively. So far 141409 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1179.05 on 30-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 606.20 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 674.65 and Rs. 649.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 247247.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.47% and 21.96% respectively.

Tata Motors has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Tata Motors Digital.AI Labs’ (TMDALL). The Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies has been received by the Company on March 17, 2025.

The company along with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (WOS of the Company) is having 100% shareholding in TMDALL.

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
