Systematic Industries is currently trading at Rs. 214.25, up by 10.20 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 204.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 208.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 214.25 and Rs. 207.55 respectively. So far 51000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'MT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 249.00 on 30-Apr-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 125.00 on 23-Mar-2026.

Systematic Industries has acquired Galvanized Iron (GI) Wire manufacturing facility located at Siltara, Chhattsgarh. The acquired facility spans around 10 acres and has an installed capacity of 48,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) of GI wires. This acquisition is aligned with the company’s long-term strategy of scaling its core wire business and strengthening its presence in infrastructure-linked segments.

With this acquisition, the company's installed capacity has enhanced by around 48%, taking its total capacity to around 148,000 MTPA across five units. GI Wire Plant supports the rising demand from the power transmission and distribution and infrastructure sectors.

The acquisition is expected to deliver meaningful operational and financial synergies by leveraging the strategic location of the facility to optimise logistics costs and improve service efficiency across pan India. Integration with its existing distribution and customer network will enable better capacity utilisation and support faster fulfilment, while also expanding the company’s customer base and creating cross-selling opportunities across its broader product portfolio. Given that the plant is fully operational, the transaction is immediately EPS accretive, with a balanced funding approach ensuring disciplined capital allocation. Overall, the acquisition strengthens its ability to scale efficiently, enhance margins over time, and drive sustainable value creation for stakeholders.
