SUGS Lloyd surges on bagging two LoIs worth Rs 214.27 crore from TPSODL, TPWODL

Sugs Lloyd is currently trading at Rs. 219.50, up by 7.10 points or 3.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 212.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 217.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.00 and Rs. 206.60 respectively. So far 38000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 225.00 on 02-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 82.50 on 08-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 225.00 and Rs. 184.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 522.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.54%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.62% and 27.85% respectively.

SUGS Lloyd has received two letters of intent (LoIs) aggregating to Rs 214.27 crore (Including GST) from TP Southern Odisha Distribution (TPSODL) and TP Western Odisha Distribution (TPWODL). The company has received first LoI worth Rs 115.02 crore (Including GST) from TPSODL for 11 kV & LT Network Maintenance & Allied Works, 33 kV Network Maintenance and Operational Assistance of 33/11 kV Sub-Stations of TPSODL. 

The company has secured another LoI worth Rs 99.25 crore from TPWODL for 11 kV & LT Network Maintenance & Allied Works, 33 kV Network Maintenance and Operational Assistance of 33/11 kV Sub-Stations of TPWODL. Both the orders are to be executed within three years (October 01, 2026 to September 30, 2029).
