The company approved the demerger of its ?2,064.73 crore Agricultural Solutions business into BASF Agricultural Solutions India, which will be separately listed post necessary approvals.

The company approved ?125 crore investment in subsidiary Ascent Hotels via rights issue to repay inter-corporate loans and meet GIC deal conditions.
