Lemon Tree Hotels rises on signing new property in Madhya Pradesh
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 132.95, up by 1.70 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 131.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 133.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 133.95 and Rs. 132.55 respectively. So far 5690 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 150.45 and Rs. 127.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10398.23 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.96% and 36.76% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed latest property - Lemon Tree Premier, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh. This hotel will feature 85 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, recreational facilities including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa.
The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. This signing will further strengthen the company’s presence in Madhya Pradesh, while catering to both business and leisure travellers for a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
