The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 42 points lower at 25,019 on Friday.

Bajaj Auto

The company’s wholly owned subsidiary BAIH BV entered unsecured loan agreements totaling €566 million with JP Morgan Chase, DBS Bank, and Citigroup for one year to fund investment activities.

Bharat Electronics

The company secured orders worth Rs.572 crores including Integrated Drone Detection and Interdiction System, Software Defined Radio, AI-based ship solutions, simulators, communication equipment, jammers, spares, and services.

Borosil Renewables

The company approved expanding production capacity by 600 TPD through two 300 TPD furnaces at Rs.950 crores, expected by Q4 FY 2026, supported by anti-dumping duty on solar glass imports.

Endurance Technologies

The company acquired the remaining 38.5% stake in Maxwell Energy Systems for Rs.7.5 crores, making Maxwell its wholly-owned subsidiary.

KEC International

The company secured Rs.11.33 billion in T&D orders including ±800kV HVDC line, 765kV GIS substation from PGCIL and 400kV quad line from a private developer.

Lumax Auto Technologies

The company approved acquiring the remaining 25% stake in IAC International Automotive India for Rs.221 crores in cash, making IAC India a wholly owned material subsidiary.

Max Healthcare

The company’s subsidiary Crosslay Remedies acquired land and building in UP for Rs.120 crores to add ~140 beds at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali over 30 months with a further Rs.200 crores investment planned.

Nazara Technologies

The company’s subsidiary Sportskeeda Inc. acquired IPR of ITR Wrestling and TJRWrestling for Rs.10.5 crore.

PNC Infratech

The company received an arbitration award worth Rs.48.53 billion from NHAI for an EPC highway project in Uttar Pradesh.

Premier Energies

The company entered into a JV with Nuevosol, holding 80% in Premier-Green Aluminium to make aluminium frames for solar modules.
