SSWL jumps on reporting 6.30% rise in net turnover in August

Steel Strips Wheels is currently trading at Rs. 222.35, up by 6.25 points or 2.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 216.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 216.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.00 and Rs. 215.85 respectively. So far 18892 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 279.60 on 01-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 167.50 on 17-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 225.00 and Rs. 207.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3494.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.18% and 25.68% respectively.

Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has achieved net turnover of Rs 385.98 crore in August 2025, as compared to Rs 363.10 crore in August 2024, with growth of 6.30% Year-on-Year (YoY) and achieved Gross turnover of Rs 475.06 crore in August 2025 as compare to Rs 442.15 crore in August 2024 there by recording growth of 7.44% YoY.

In August 2025, the company’s Aluminium Products reported 21% Year-on-Year (YoY) volume growth, while volumes of Tractor and Truck segment grew 17% YoY and 14% YoY, respectively. 

SSWL is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
