Rites jumps on bagging work order worth Rs 175.41 crore

Rites is currently trading at Rs. 217.95, up by 13.10 points or 6.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 204.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 206.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 224.50 and Rs. 206.20 respectively. So far 320345 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 299.95 on 02-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 175.10 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 224.50 and Rs. 203.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10544.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.17% and 15.62% respectively.

Rites has received work order worth around Rs 175.41 crore excluding GST (including the company’s fees) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU). The order is for project management consultancy services for planning, design and development of infrastructural facilities and other related works in campus of BBAU on Cost Plus PMC Fee basis. The order is to be executed within 30 months for initial work or till the completion of allotted work whichever is later from the date of signing of agreement.
