The engagement involves providing IT Managed Services and onsite technical support resources across various locations covering workplace services, application development support, infrastructure administration and enterprise IT operations.
As part of the engagement, the company will deploy skilled technical professionals across the customer’s offices and operational locations to support critical IT infrastructure and business applications, ensuring improved service continuity, operational efficiency and adherence to defined service-level agreements. The engagement is expected to be executed under a Managed Services model with defined SLAs.
