Silver Touch Technologies rises on bagging purchase order from ITI
Silver Touch Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 136.80, up by 1.65 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 135.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 136.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 143.40 and Rs. 135.70 respectively. So far 75 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 225.00 on 17-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 67.56 on 17-Oct-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 143.40 and Rs. 134.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1713.84 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.48% and 24.86% respectively.
Silver Touch Technologies has received a purchase order from ITI, a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, for the supply of 80 high-performance enterprise servers along with a 3-year warranty, for deployment in a defence project where the end customer is the Indian Army.
The order is valued at Rs 35.63 crore, inclusive of GST. In addition, the order envisages an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 8 years following the warranty period, valued at Rs 14.04 crore inclusive of GST, to be placed at a later date upon successful completion of the warranty period, if required. The aggregate potential value over the 11-year lifecycle is around Rs 49.67 crore. The order has been secured through a competitive two-bid tender process followed by reverse auction.
