Vishal Nirmiti makes muted debut on BSE with discount of 2%
Vishal Nirmiti has debuted at Rs 215.00 on the BSE, down by 5.00 points or 2.27% from its issue price of Rs 220.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 204.25, down by 15.75 points or 7.16% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 215.00 and Rs. 204.25 respectively. So far 0.47 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription from September 30, 2026 to October 5, 2026 was subscribed 1.79 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 220.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 208-220 apiece.
Vishal Nirmiti is engaged in the business of manufacturing concrete sleepers, other civil construction work, power generation through windmill and development of infrastructure facilities. The company's business facilities are located in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh etc.
