Seamec inches up on entering into addendum with Zamil Offshore Services Company

Seamec is currently trading at Rs. 1121.05, up by 2.30 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 1118.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1104.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1131.00 and Rs. 1104.00 respectively. 

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1232.00 on 15-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 587.75 on 23-Jun-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1131.00 and Rs. 1036.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2844.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.55% and 19.39% respectively.

Seamec has entered into an Addendum with Zamil Offshore Services Company, Saudi Arabia for extension of Charter Hire of Vessel ‘Seamec Swordfish’ for a further period of 30 days with effect from April 24, 2024 for working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE as per the Charter Party dated December 4, 2023. The Charter hire for extended period of 30 days is $1.677 million.

Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
