Pursuant to the said acquisition, ACPL has become an Associate Company of Samyak International. Consequent upon the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Company in ACPL increased to 35.62% from 18.75%.
Samyak International is engaged in the manufacture of Scientific Equipment and Laboratory ware.
