`Ready to hold discussions` Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda urges farmers` union to maintain peace

Amid the ongoing protest by farmers who are slowly marching towards the national capital in demand of a law guaranteeing MSP, Union Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Minister Arjun Munda on February 14 said that the Government is ready to hold discussions. "We are ready to hold discussions...We need to take into account all the sides and hold the talks...I request the farmers' union to maintain the environment for discussions," said the Agriculture Minister. "I had already said that our efforts to hold positive discussions with the farmers' union will continue," he added.
