Rajesh Power Services gains on signing MoU with Government of Gujarat
Rajesh Power Services is currently trading at Rs. 1538.95, up by 20.65 points or 1.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 1518.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1580.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1624.95 and Rs. 1531.00 respectively. So far 46800 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1639.00 on 22-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 636.50 on 02-Dec-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1624.95 and Rs. 1434.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2770.44 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.72% and 20.88% respectively.
Rajesh Power Services (RSPL) has signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Gujarat. The MoUs envisage a cumulative investment worth Rs 4,754 crore.
As part of the MoUs, Ahmedabad based Rajesh Power Services will establish and execute turnkey projects for conversion of overhead HT (High Tension) Lines into underground cable networks in different regions of Gujarat. These projects have the potential to generate employment for over 33,000 people over the coming years, which highlights the State Government’s commitment to inclusive economic growth and skill development in Gujarat.
The signing of the MoUs reaffirms RSPL’s long-term commitment to contributing to Gujarat’s development and supporting its vision of a model state in power sector reforms and infrastructure modernization.
