E2E Networks touches roof on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

E2E Networks is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 405.20, up by 19.25 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 385.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 392.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 405.20 and Rs. 392.75 respectively. So far 125505 shares were traded on the counter.

The objective of incorporation is to run datacentre services, managed, on-managed or value added to provide hosted solutions or for captive datacentres and to provide provisioning, monitoring and billing tools to enable datacentres to offer basic or value-added services to their clients or stakeholders and to publish, sell, resell and license research/Intellectual Property Rights for datacentres, computing, networking Infrastructure, energy efficiency and any related or un-related areas.
