Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri hosted a 'Vishesh Sampark Abhiyan' event at his residence on May 20, bringing together some of the nation's top IT professionals, innovators, startup leaders, and intellectuals. Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar hailed Prime Minister Modi’s government and India’s development in the past 10 years. He said that PM Modi has taken youngsters and turned them into globally talented entrepreneurs that the world today respects.   
While speaking to reporters Rajeev Chandrasekhar said, "Look, we've had today about 300 technology innovators and leaders to come together and listen to me and my colleague Hardeep Puri talk about what transformation has happened last ten years. But more than that, I think it was an occasion for these leaders to share success stories with everybody, including the country, the success that they have had in the last ten years...It is clear today that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done many things in his last ten years. But one of the big things that he has done is to take these young Indians and make them globally competitive and become globally talented entrepreneurs that the world today respects..."
