Rainbow Children`s Medicare jumps on commencing new hospital at Hyderabad
Rainbow Children's Medicare is currently trading at Rs. 1249.95, up by 26.95 points or 2.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 1223.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1230.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1254.75 and Rs. 1227.40 respectively. So far 5635 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1254.75 on 05-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 682.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Rainbow Children’s Medicare (RCML) has commenced its latest hospital, with 60 beds, at Central Hyderabad, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. This is Rainbow’s 8th hospital in Hyderabad and is strategically located in the densely populated and commercially important area of central Hyderabad. This will further strengthen company’s presence with combined 890 beds in the city. The new hospital has been envisaged as a spoke hospital and will form an important part of the Rainbow’s Hub and Spoke network in Hyderabad. This hospital will provide comprehensive pediatric and obstetrics services, which includes consultant led 24X7 emergency care in pediatrics and obstetrics, outpatient services and level 3 neonatal and pediatric intensive care services.
RCML is working incessantly to strengthen its service offerings to achieve its goal of providing quality pediatric healthcare across cities. The company’s plan to add around 1000 beds in the cities of Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, National Capital Region and Tier-2 cities of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu over the next 5 years remains on track.
