Procter & Gamble Hygiene declines as its net profit falls 46% in June quarter

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care is currently trading at Rs. 16526.95, down by 453.85 points or 2.67 % from its previous closing of Rs. 16980.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16805.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16805.25 and Rs. 16342.00 respectively. So far 749 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19086.20 on 20-Nov-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15306.15 on 14-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17421.00 and Rs. 16342.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 53625.14 crore.

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has reported 46.40% fall in net profit at Rs 81.06 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 151.24 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.86% at Rs 939.06 crore for June quarter as compared to Rs 862.63 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care is engaged in manufacturing and selling of branded packaged fast moving consumer goods in the femcare and healthcare businesses.
