RailTel Corporation of India spurts on bagging work order worth Rs 139.73 crore

RailTel Corporation of India is currently trading at Rs. 377.00, up by 10.35 points or 2.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 366.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 366.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 385.25 and Rs. 360.65 respectively. So far 550637 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 459.30 on 25-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 96.20 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 446.50 and Rs. 355.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12211.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.85% and 22.31% respectively.

RailTel Corporation of India has received the work order from Prasar Bharati Broadcasting Corporation of India for Design, Development, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance amounting to Rs 139.73 crore (Including Tax).

Earlier, the company had received the work order from Ministry of Defence for Laying of OFC cable and maintenance for a period of three Year amounting to Rs 18.21 crore (Including Tax).
