Lemon Tree Hotels rises on signing two new properties in Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 142.40, up by 1.35 points or 0.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 142.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 144.25 and Rs. 141.45 respectively. So far 110921 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 147.20 on 23-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.85 on 27-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.20 and Rs. 135.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11257.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 37.81% and 38.98% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties - Lemon Tree Resort, Sankhwas Garh, Rajasthan and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Both the properties are expected to open in FY26 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort in Rajasthan will feature 51 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, swimming pool and other public areas. The Jodhpur Airport is about 110 kms away, while the Mundwa Junction Railway Station is just about 22 kms away from the resort. It is also well connected by road by both public and private transport.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and a meeting room. The Vijayawada International Airport is about 15 kms away while the Vijayawada Railway Station is 6 kms from the hotel. The hotel is also well connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
