Pricol surges on entering into Technology License Agreement with Italy-based DOMINO S.R.L.

Pricol is currently trading at Rs. 461.80, up by 10.70 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 451.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 459.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 462.70 and Rs. 445.00 respectively. So far 29365 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 598.85 on 19-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 381.50 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 476.00 and Rs. 445.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5630.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.51%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.91% and 29.58% respectively.

Pricol has entered into a Technology License Agreement with Italy-based DOMINO S.R.L., a global leader in motorcycle control systems. This partnership aims to expand advanced two-wheeler handlebar control technologies such as throttles, switches, and allied products across India and Southeast Asia, marking a pivotal step in Pricol’s innovation-driven growth strategy.

The partnership will harness DOMINO’s expertise in motorcycle control systems for the said products and Pricol’s robust manufacturing and customer network to develop and scale a new generation of products tailored for the region. By combining cutting-edge technology with localized execution, the collaboration reinforces Pricol’s strategic vision to evolve into a fully integrated technology solutions provider--driving sustainable growth through innovation, operational excellence, and global partnerships. In addition, this partnership enables to synergies for cross collaboration, including leveraging robust aftermarket presence of Domino in European and US markets.

Pricol is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of Instrument clusters and other allied automobile components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and replacement markets.
