Eicher Motors falls despite its JV reports 23% rise in total sales in February 2026

Eicher Motors is currently trading at Rs. 7839.15, down by 176.55 points or 2.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 8015.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 7502.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7998.25 and Rs. 7502.80 respectively. So far 25533 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8232.80 on 27-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4756.20 on 28-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 8232.80 and Rs. 7502.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 214310.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.75% and 9.19% respectively.

Eicher Motors and Volvo Group's joint venture (JV) company -- VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has posted 23.4% rise in total sales at 9,986 units (Inclusive of EVs) in February 2026 as compared to the same month last year. It had sold 8,092 units in February 2025.

Eicher branded trucks and buses recorded sales of 9,766 units in February 2026 as compared to 7,909 units in February 2025. Moreover, the total sales of Volvo Trucks & Buses witnessed a 20.2% increase, totaling 220 units in February 2026 as compared to 183 units in February 2025.
