PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that, Anoop Gulati has been designated as Head - Marketing of PGIM India Asset Management (the AMC) with effect from July 01, 2024. Consequently, details of Mr Anoop Gulati shall stand modified under ‘Information on Key Personnel’ under section II. ‘The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of PGIM India Mutual Fund.
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
