PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed about change in address of mentioned Borivali branch office of PGIM India Asset Management, which is also an Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for acceptance of transactions for the schemes of PGIM India Mutual Fund with effect from March 12, 2025.
Branch office located at 204, 2nd Floor, Jalaram Business Centre, Ganjawala Lane, Near Chamunda Circle, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400092’ Contact No: +91 89769 08011 is shifting to ‘7th Floor, Radhe Empire, Chandavarkar Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai – 400092’ Contact No: +91 22 6159 5441 / 42.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SID and KIM of schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
