PDS zooms on entering into SaaS contract with leading French-Headquartered Global supermarket

PDS is currently trading at Rs. 398.90, up by 39.00 points or 10.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 359.90 on the BSE.

PDS has entered a Sourcing as a Service (SaaS) contract with the global sourcing arm of a Leading French-Headquartered Global Supermarket to manage and operate the retailer’s textile sourcing operations across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Turkey. The retailer is one of the world's largest retail groups, serving millions of customers daily through an extensive network of stores across multiple countries. 

Under the multi-year partnership, the company will provide end-to-end sourcing, supply chain services through a dedicated operating subsidiary, supporting the Retailers textile sourcing strategy with a more agile sourcing model. The company expects to manage apparel sourcing valued at over $250 million of FOB Volume annually. The partnership is expected to commence from November 1 and reflects the company’s continued expansion of long-term platform relationships with leading global retailers.
