FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 13 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16656.18 crore against gross selling of Rs 13499.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3157.06 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2502.06 crore with gross sales of Rs 1826.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 676.06 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 299.61 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 426.75 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 803.20 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 80.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 56.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 24.54 crore in hybrid segment.
