NRB Bearings is currently trading at Rs. 287.00, up by 1.45 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 285.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 285.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 288.40 and Rs. 281.45 respectively. So far 6032 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 337.20 on 12-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 191.45 on 03-Mar-2025.

NRB Bearings has acquired 8.50% of equity share capital of Amplus Ampere (SPV), consisting of 48,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 4.80 crore to source solar power as a captive consumer for a capacity up to 15 MWp located in the state of Maharashtra. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedents and expected to be completed within 1 to 2 weeks.
