NDR Auto Components soars on getting nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

NDR Auto Components is currently trading at Rs. 984.55, up by 27.15 points or 2.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 957.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 965.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 999.00 and Rs. 965.00 respectively. So far 184 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1218.70 on 18-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 525.05 on 14-Aug-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1045.75 and Rs. 929.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2306.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 26.63% respectively.

NDR Auto Components has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘NDR Auto Components South’ or such other name as may be approved by Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The proposed company is being incorporated for manufacturing frame structures, seat covers (Trims), and other plastic/ metal/ polyurethane based automotive components.

The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on August 11, 2025, has considered and approved the same.

NDR Auto Components is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, fabricating and assembling of every kind of automotive components including seats, spare parts and components for the seats and to deal in each and every kind of activity associated with the manufacture and trading of any kind of components, whether directly or indirectly or whether in India or abroad.
