Minda Corporation rises on getting CCI`s nod for acquisition of up to 8.79% stake of Pricol

Minda Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 430.60, up by 0.70 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 429.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 436.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 437.30 and Rs. 426.00 respectively. So far 15600 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 449.00 on 20-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 187.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 449.00 and Rs. 400.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10275.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.54% and 14.62% respectively.

Minda Corporation has received an approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the acquisition of up to 8.79% (approximately) of the equity share capital of Pricol (Target). The Target is engaged in the business of manufacturing of automobile components for OEMs, Tier-1 and replacement markets across India and globally.
