Lloyds Engineering Works touches roof on entering into agreement with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre

Lloyds Engineering Works is currently trading at upper circuit limit of Rs. 44.15, up by 2.10 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 42.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 44.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 44.15 and Rs. 44.15 respectively. So far 994753 shares were traded on the counter.

Lloyds Engineering Works (formerly known as Lloyds Steels Industries) has entered into agreement with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) for transfer of technology. The aforesaid license will aid the Company in executing orders related to Desalination. Also, this License is valid for five years from the date of commencement of the agreement. Further, this technology tie-up would assist the Company on a long-term basis as it helps in further diversification of the order book.

The agreement covers the modalities, terms and conditions of Non-exclusive and Non-transferable grant of License for transfer of Information and data concerning the Asset by BARC to the company.
