Lemon Tree Hotels surges on signing new property in Maharashtra
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 167.75, up by 2.60 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 165.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 165.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 168.60 and Rs. 165.25 respectively. So far 46248 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 175.00 on 22-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 175.00 and Rs. 155.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13305.78 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.31% and 36.41% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property - Lemon Tree Resort, Pench, Maharashtra. This property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Wildlife Resort, Pench, Maharashtra will feature 60 well-appointed rooms. To cater to its guests, the resort will also feature a restaurant, a banquet, a swimming pool, a spa and other recreational facilities. The Nagpur Airport is approximately 85 kms away from the property, while the Nagpur Railway Station is about 62 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
