Lemon Tree Hotels shines on launching new property in Goa

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 137.40, up by 1.65 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 135.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 136.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 137.90 and Rs. 135.25 respectively. So far 19072 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 162.25 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 141.60 and Rs. 135.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10814.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.59% and 36.92% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened new property -- Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora in Goa. This managed hotel is the 5th property of the group in Goa. The fresh and vibrant hotel with 56 rooms will open in two phases. In the first phase, all well-appointed rooms, Citrus Cafe--a multi-cuisine restaurant, Slounge -- a recreational bar and swimming pool. The remaining areas, like the fitness center, a spa, banquet and meeting rooms, will open soon thereafter in the second phase.

Located amidst Goa’s lush landscape, Arpora is a vibrant pocket in North Goa known for its tropical charm, lively atmosphere, and proximity to iconic beaches like Baga and Calangute. Popular among both domestic and international travellers, Arpora offers a unique blend of tranquil retreat and spirited nightlife.
